All rentals are subject to 8% US Virgin Islands room tax.

To confirm your reservation 50% of the total rental fee is required. The balance plus tax with a separate check for the security deposit is due 60 days prior to the date of arrival. No deposits will be refunded unless a replacement rental is obtained. Should you be forced to cancel for any reason and a replacement rental is obtained, your deposit will be refunded less 10% of the complete rental rate. Reservations cancelled with less than 90 days notice in advance of reservation date will incur an additional 10% penalty.

Guests are expected to keep the house reasonably clean, and to take out their garbage as needed. Guests are responsible for ensuring that nothing is damaged or missing from the rental home during their stay. There will be an additional charge for any extra guests not listed on the contract. No parties, weddings, or gatherings for groups larger than those renting the house are allowed without prior written permission by the Property Manager. Security deposits will be refunded by mail within one week of departure. Villa Colorado is a non-smoking villa.

Upon receipt of deposit for rental, guests agree to the terms of this rental agreement.
